Whatever Wednesday: Cooking Again!

Hello Posse!

It seems like with extra time on our hands at home right now many people are trying their hand at new recipes. I am no exception to that. This last week, I tried making my own cheese crackers. This will serve as a great Quarantine Boredom Buster too. It is an easy recipe that the whole family could help out with and later enjoy the fruits of the labor together.

I was surprised how easy this actually was and they taste amazing. I did not use a food processor for this. I did it all by hand. It was not time consuming at all. They are a lot lighter and flakier than the ones you buy in the store. There are just a few ingredients and the hardest part of the whole process was rolling them out thin enough without going over board.

So, if you are looking for a fun new recipe to try at home right now I suggest going to Don't Waste the Crumbs website and check out their recipe for Homemade Cheez Its (<--- click here). You will not regret it!

Enjoy!

Dianne
