Book Banter EP 87: Sagit Schwartz Interview

Hello My Happy People,

In today's episode, I get to chat with the incredible Sagit Schwartz. Sagit is a writer, producer, and licensed psychotherapist. Her work has been featured in Medium, Slate, The Atlantic, Reddit NoSleep, and Lifetime Television. She resides with her husband, daughter, and rescue dog in a Southern California beach town.

Her debut thriller, Since She's Been Gone is on presale now wherever books are sold and is set for a February 2024 release. This book has been described as an emotionally charged dual-timeline suspense. The story follows one woman as her life is upended in a race against the clock to discover the truth about her own past and find out what really happened to her mother all those years ago. Since She's Been Gone has been compared to Laura Dave’s The Last Thing He Told Me and Jessica Knoll’s Luckiest Girl Alive. Sagit shares how this book is in fact a love letter to her own mother and was a deeply personal project. Keep watching social media for more updates on Sagit as she makes the rounds publicizing her new novel, which seems to be on track to be an instant bestseller. Listen now to find out more about Sagit and Since She's Been Gone.
